This is an ideal solution for a large group or family. The property consists of two interlinked villas with generous living space and 8 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone can get some quiet time. The home offers 12 bedrooms, 12 en-suite bathrooms, 2 WCs, 2 private pools, 2 rooftop jacuzzi’s, a private lift and secure parking. Two of the bedrooms form part of 2 independent studios within the property, with their own kitchens and bathrooms. This spectacular, modern property is both spacious and bright.

This stunning villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed, wind secluded swimming pools, terraces for outdoor dining, BBQs and 2 rooftop jacuzzi’s, with their own separate decks for relaxing and two indoor fireplaces. The home also comes with 4 fulltime housekeepers, 2 secure integrated garages with room for 4 cars and is serviced by a private lift from the ground to the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the house: through the garages or through the front doors. We can also provide a complimentary high chair, baby cots and baby gates, if required.

A water filter has been fitted to all the kitchen taps so you will have safe clean drinking water available always with no requirement to buy bottled water. The bathroom amenities are from the brand O’Naturell, an eco-conscious brand, specialising in producing body care products that are non-toxic and beneficial to your health, whilst being planet friendly. In addition to this, we use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning materials and solutions in the house. This helps to protect our beautiful natural environment and the wellbeing of our staff and guests.

the property is equipped with solar-power, and battery backup systems, which together power the entire house, except for the lift and jacuzzi’s, in times of load shedding., Therefore during load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities, etc.

Studio A is located on level 1 of Wing A and has its own kitchen, en-suite bathroom, a large living room, a lovely loft double bedroom on the mezzanine level and a private sun deck. The Studio also enjoys its separate entrance. This stunning large Studio Loft could be ideal for a small family with a baby or a couple who would prefer a little more privacy. There is plenty of room in the living space to add an additional single bed at an additional cost , if required, or our complimentary baby cot.

Studio B
The double volume Studio B is located on the first level of Wing B and has its own kitchen, en-suite bathroom, a large living room, a lovely double bedroom on the mezzanine level, large floor to ceiling windows leading to a private sun deck.
This stunning, large studio could be ideal for a small family with a baby or a couple who would prefer a little more privacy. There is plenty of room in the living space to add a single bed at an additional cost on request, or our complimentary baby cot.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in time is from 14h00 on day of arrival. Check out time is by 10h00 on day of departure. A late check-in fee will apply for check-ins after 8pm.

LOAD SHEDDING:
The villa is equipped with solar-power as well as a battery backup system, which powers the entire house in times of load shedding (except for the oven, aircon, underfloor heating, lift and jacuzzi’s). Therefore, during load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities, swimming pool, etc.

STAFF:
Our Villa has a full time House Manager and Host who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay.

The villa also has four housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 16h00). Weekend cleaning services can be arranged at a additional fee. Pre-booking is required.

MASSAGE AT THE VILLA:
Enjoy a relaxing massage at the villa during your stay, no need to visit a SPA. We have a professional massage therapist who is specializes in different massages to help relax the mind and body. Her contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE:
If you wish to have a chef onsite, please don’t hesitate to let me know, we work with several great chefs who can prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or a great BBQ. Contact details will be shared on request.

PRE- SHOPPING AT ARRIVAL
We are able assist with pre-shopping groceries on your behalf at an additional fee, prior to your arrival. Details can be shared on request.
