An intimate, small enclave on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard, Glen Beach is the perfect setting of a few special homes. To the south of the Glen, we have Camps Bay beach which sweeps towards the Bakoven cove and to the west, we have the Atlantic Ocean drops beyond the horizon and to the north the villas nestle against the slopes of the majestic Lion’s Head Mountain.

Three beautifully appointed villas, directly above Glen Beach each with their private terraces and pool, a mere 200 meters from the Camps Bay Promenade with its popular local world class shops, restaurants, bars and theatre all within walking distance.
The villas are very exclusive, luxurious, up-market apartments, offering uninterrupted views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The entertainment levels consist of open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, all overlooking the uninterrupted view of Glen Beach. These areas have been decorated with a modern / natural touch. The lounge areas are fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD and HiFi. The kitchens are equipped with all the modern conveniences, including convection / micro oven and dishwashers. Each lounge is equipped with a gas fire place.

Each villa of the villas offer 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The bathrooms are finished in marble and lime stone, large modern walk in showers, finished with spacious basin. All the bedrooms are equipped with pure cotton linen.

Each villa has its own private swimming pool, with sunbathing area. Villas 1 and 3, the pool faces the ocean, whereas villa no 2’s pool is situated on the side of the villa, surrounded by a wooded glen area. Each villa has its own barbeque deck area, directly outside the lounge entertainment area.
