This large villa is both spacious and bright with each level enjoying spectacular ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. Four (out of 6) bedrooms have panoramic view of Camps Bay beach and Lion’s head.

The villa offers generous living space, with four separate lounge areas to ensure everyone one can get some quiet time! The villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed, wind secluded swimming pool, a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top Jacuzzi with its’ own separate deck for relaxing on. e villa has a secure double indoor garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private lift from the 1st till the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the House, through the garage and through the front door. If required, privacy could be kept between the Studio and the rest of the House. We can also provide a complimentary baby cot and baby gates, if required.

The bathroom amenities are from the brand O’Naturelle, an eco-conscious brand, specialising in producing body care products that are non-toxic and beneficial to your health, whilst being planet friendly.

The villa is equipped with solar-power as well as a battery backup system, which powers the entire house, except for the lift, oven, aircon, underfloor heating and Jacuzzi, in times of load shedding. Therefore, during loadshedding, you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities, swimming pool, etc.

A water filter has been fitted to the primary kitchen and studio kitchen taps so you will always have safe clean drinking water available with no requirement to buy bottled water. In addition to this, we use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning materials and solutions in the house. This helps to protect our beautiful natural environment and the wellbeing of our staff and guests.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in time is from 14h00 on day of arrival. Check out time is by 10h00 on day of departure. A Late check-in fee will apply for check-ins after 8pm.

LOAD SHEDDING:
The villa is equipped with solar-power as well as a battery backup system, which powers the entire house in times of load shedding (except for the oven, aircon, underfloor heating, lift and

). Therefore, during Load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, Lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities, swimming pool, etc.

STAFF:
The Villa has a full time House Manager and Host who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay. The villa also has two housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 16h00). Weekend cleaning services can be arranged at an additional fee. Pre-booking is required.

MASSAGE AT THE VILLA:
Enjoy a relaxing massage at the villa during your stay, no need to visit a SPA. We have a professional massage therapist who is specializes in different massages to help relax the mind and body. Her contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE:
If you wish to have a chef onsite, please don’t hesitate to Let me know, we work with several great chefs who can prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or a great BBQ.
