And brilliant views. The expansive balcony covers 180 degree views from Robben Island to Clifton. Magnificent sunsets at all times of the year. The room has its own living area with private TV, and serves as a retreat separate from the rest of the home. Separate Walk in closet and air-con.
Middle floor of the house comprises two more large bedrooms (one with its own balcony), each with queen bed, and also beautiful fully en-suite bathrooms. (An extra single bed and/or cot available on request for little guests). This floor includes a fair-size pyjama lounge, currently configured for use as an office space, with full large partners desk, and fully operational printer/scanner/copier.
Excellent hi-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs for Netflix and DSTV, particularly for sports and movie lovers.
Ground floor features open-plan lounge with oversize TV, dining room and kitchen, with full stacking and sliding doors opening onto the entertainment patio.
A second outside patio with a splash pool can be sealed off to ensure safety of small children. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
The fully-equipped kitchen is open plan with the dining room which invites long lunches and lazy dinners at the 10-seater table. Kitchen includes gas hob, double door fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave, air-fryer and all other amenities. Separate scullery with dishwasher and double sink.
Separate private laundry in basement garage area, includes 2 washers, 2 dryers, iron and ironing board.
The basement garage allows for the parking of one car. But ample street parking is also available and considered common-place in Cape Town.
There is aircon in the main bedroom and one of the others. The house also offers floor fans which work well in other areas when required.

In terms of position, this villa is simply the perfect home base for a Cape Town stay. All major attractions are within a 6km radius. Uber and Uber Eats, as well as Mr Delivery and Checkers 60 Minutes Supermarket Delivery Service are easily accessible. My Citi bus-stop for sight-seeing is just a few minutes’ walk away.
NB. Regular weekly cleaner on Tuesdays at R300 per week. Additional days can be arranged if necessary for a fee of R400 per day.
