Living Room

Open planned living spaces, lots of natural daylight and stunning views in the living room. This villa has a spacious living room and has a homely feel, and an Open-plan flows onto a dining area and a beautiful terrace to view Lions Head.

Pool

Infinity swimming pool with ocean view to relax with the family and enjoy the time in the pool.

The Kitchen

Open plan kitchen which flows into the dining area, with a kitchen counter and is fully equipped, including a hob and oven as well as a microwave and a coffee machine (modern appliances).

Jacuzzi

Relax and take in the scenery with this stunning rooftop Jacuzzi and sundeck. Perfect spot to view the most amazing sunset in Camps Bay.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom – one king sized bed with Jacuzzi.  Panoramic ocean views and Lions Head with light colour linen, open plan bathroom and air condition.

Bedroom 2 – one Queen sized bed. Panoramic ocean views and Lions Head with light colour linen, open plan bathroom and air condition.

Bedroom 3 – one Queen sized bed. Panoramic ocean views and Lions Head with black colour design, open plan bathroom and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4 – one Queen sized bed. Panoramic ocean views and Lions Head with light colour linen, open plan bathroom and air condition.

Bedroom 5 – one Queen sized bed. Panoramic ocean views and Lions Head with light colour linen, glass between the bedroom and bathroom also air condition in the room.

Bedroom 6 – one King sized bed. Panoramic ocean views and Lions Head with light colour linen, open plan bathroom and air condition.

Additional single bed available at an additional fee.

Staff – This villa has a full time House Manager who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay. We also have a housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard. (Monday to Friday 09h30 to 4h30pm).

House keeper – Our main house keeper is totally reliable and trustworthy and has her own set of keys. Her working hours are from 09h30 till 16h30 (Monday to Friday).There is a separate weekend service that can be offered, should you require it. This is for your own account: Saturday & Sunday, and public holidays R500. It should be arranged with the house manager but payment will be directly to the Housekeeper (or her replacement should she not be available), and is on a cash only basis. She is primarily employed to keep the house and surrounding areas clean, however when her duties are completed she will be happy to assist. Please feel free to give her a tip on your departure if she has looked after you well.

Laundry – Personal laundry can be arranged with the Housekeeper at a cost. External laundry can also be arranged but at your own cost. We recommend “Quick Washing” in Sea Point (021-5930070). They provide a pick-up and delivery service.

Linen – The linen in each room will be changed twice a week. Should you require a change of linen in between for any reason, please ask the Housekeeper.

Meet & Greet – The House Manager will be available to meet and greet you at your arrival. The House Manager & House keeper know the house best and will be assisting you throughout your stay. Lavinia the Agent can help assist you with a private chef (breakfast, lunch or dinner), tailor made tours, chauffeur drive, massage and even grocery shopping (before your arrival) and any other services possible to make your stay as memorable as we can, at an additional cost.

Massage at the Villa – Enjoy a relaxing massage at the villa during your stay, no need to visit a SPA. We have a professional massage therapist who is specializes in different massages to help relax the mind and body. Her contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.

Private Chef Service – If you wish we can pre-arrange a chef who can come for breakfast lunch or dinner (BBQ) or all 3. Pre booking is required.

Pre- Shopping at arrival – Kindly note we have a lady who can pre-shop groceries or alcohol on your behalf prior to your arrival. Her fee is R350. Contact details will be shared after confirmation.

Tours in & around Cape Town – Kindly note, the agent also runs a tour business. If you are interested in any nice Tours, Transport or Activities in and around Cape Town during your stay, please don’t hesitate to let me know. All Tours and itineraries can be tailor-made.
